First you need domain name, Secondly you need to website design, Third you need to website development, Fourth you need to publish to online that's why you need Hosting server, Five you need to add/edit or update website content, Six you need to update website scripts, Seven you need to update all pages meta key like Title, Description & Keyword then submit to Major search engine like Google, Bing etc.
