Alert malicious apps, easily steal user data

Thousands of Android apps are known to secretly lurk and steal user data.

The Android ecosystem is vulnerable to third-party application attacks, in fact recently found more than 4,000 surveillance apps roam the app store.

The results of research that this malware will secretly record audio and steal history data.

One of them, this malware is included in the SonicSpy family and has been widely circulated to infect thousands of mobile users worldwide.

Lookout researcher company identifies that there are three malware applications that pass the Google Play security gateway. Among them, Soniac, Troy Chay, and Hulk Messenger.

Soniac own application is none other than messaging applications that are inspired by Telegram applications. This application has been downloaded about 5,000 downloads. While Troy Chat and Hulk Messenger are less popular than Soniac.

This app is able to steal personal data from contacts, phone numbers, audio and video messages, and send spam to all the user's friends. Once this app is installed, and the attacker can make the app hidden.

At that time, an attacker could execute up to 72 different commands on the user's mobile phone to steal information and send it to a server located in Iraq. This malware is called the most dangerous malware on Google Play.
