Japanese scientists have found a solution to the problem, after which you will be able to enjoy you ice-cream comfortably instead of eating your favorite ice cream hurriedly. Scientists from Japan's University of Canvas have developed ice cream that is capable of maintaining its original shape for 3 hours at room temperature.
Scientists claim that they have increased the time of melting ice cream, but how did they do so? In response to this question, scientists explained that they used liquid "Poly Finol" obtained from Strawberry in the preparation of ice cream, which increased the time of melting ice cream.
Tommyessa Ota, Professor of Canazawa University, said that polyethylene features that they prevent water and grease from being separated and so that ice cream remains in its original condition for a long time.
Scientists threw a hot air with a diameter of 5 minutes on this ice cream, but the ice-cream had not melt. They said that the polymerole used in the ice cream lets ice cream to not melt for 3 hours. This ice cream in Japan is available in the chocolate, vanilla and strawberry flavors.
