I've had my personal email for many years and it has ended up on a lot of spam distribution lists. There's not much I can do about that apart from having filters.
It's obvious that some of the people sending this spam don't really know what they are doing. They probably just buy some software to do it. You can see that it was supposed to substitute random names, but I see the placeholder instead.

This is viewed on the webmail I use where I have set up some filters to highlight common spam subject so it's easy to remove them. When I use Thunderbird from home the filters get rid of most of it.
Spam is a fact of life these days. I guess they get enough hits to make it worthwhile. I wish I could charge them for sending it.

wow, that's spectacularly clueless!
You can see I'm getting a lot of the same messages. That makes to spam even easier to spot. If they were clever they could make it much harder to filter out.
