Blue Light : A Harmful Tech.

- Here we go!!! Today in this blog i’ll like to get you in touch with a reality of computer screen /smartphone’s Blue light !
What is blue light?
- In visible light spectrum, Blue light is a colour that a human eye can see.
Let’s Get Deeper (;
Light is made up of Electromagnetic waves.
This wave emits energy with very much strenght & in long range as well as length.
Different waves are represented in different coulors. Hence they group together & are represented as a #LightSpectrum.
They are of different type naming : X-rays, Gamma Rays, UV (Ultra Violet) Rays, Visible Light Rays etc.
But however, human eye is only sensible to Visible Light spectrum wavelength.
In visible light spectrum, many colours such as violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange, red etc are present.
Among these colours, Blue light possess the shortest wavelength and hence it produces much energy.
Studies showed that getting much attractive to this blue light can lead to a severe damage of eyes & retina which refers to a long term effect.
Blue light damages our eyes by damaging it’s retina to the worst level.
We all know how to protect ourselves from harmful UV rays from sun ! But what about Blue rays from nearby screens??

- Blue light is everywhere around.
- Sun
- Electronice Devices
- Viewing Screens
- Flourocent & LED Lightings

ok so when we used this mobile and laptop at night or at dim light it can harm our eyes
YOu should buy a glasses & fit blue block lens in it to prevent this blue light touching your eye!
