The case of Xiaomi browsers doubling as spyware (old news)

Mi Browser Pro and Mint Browser, both of which come pre-installed in Xiaomi phones have been shown to leak user data as they surf the net.

Wladimir Palant dives deep into the bowels of Mint Browser 3.4.0 to see the inner workings of the app and the data it sends to back-end servers.

It is not known if these issues have been fully fixed.
