Hahahah! I know, right? π I went to a friend's house, they had this kind of really though dog (I really can't remember the breed), they usually chain their dogs in the morning and during the day (they let it move around the house only at night) π. That day, I guess I went to the house a little bit too early and the dog was waiting for me by their gate...ππ.
I was with another friend, just as small as I was "and he was like, don't run, just follow my lead" but really, I was gonna let someone that could hardly protect himself protect meπ. So, I took off and the dog followed me until it was able to get a taste of my skin, and it did nothing to my friendπ
Yeah, I was give the anti-rabies shot, they told me that if I don't go for it, I was soon gonna start acting like a dog, barking and all (within a few weeks), of course, I fell for it. And even after taking the shot, I was scared secretly that it won't work and I might end up being a dog... π
ππππ how old are you at that time Audrey? We're told to trust the adult not our friends who probably smaller than us π aahh.. they use the same way of explanation here in my country after a friend of mine got biten by my dog, though he's far older and taller than me.. but he's afraid of injection needleπ
What an experience, now You have to say something to stop me from laughing everytime I remember about the anti-rabies shotπ
I should be around 5 yrs old, then. Hahahaah! I don't like needles too, especlly if that injection is gonna end up on my bum (and that was the perfect spot they chose for it) ππ
π€£π keep laughing, plz. It's good therapy, isn't it? Lol!
ROFL... I didn't know that you'd get the shot on your bum... that's another funny experience for a year old little girl.. oh no Audrey, it must be hurt at that time, I'd fainted when the first time I get injection from a doctor at school..LOL
π€£π I think where you get the shot varies, depending on the age of the person etc... Yeah, it was! I didn't want to turn into a dogπ so, I had to give in. Plus, there were "goodies" promised after the shot but I still did cry my eyes out anyways and the goodies didn't even taste "extra nice" after all the tears. .... π well, it's better to cry with lollipop π and chocolates in hand than not to have any at all....
πππ now that's adding more funny side of the storyπ I got my first shot at 12π but not in the bumπ when nobody in the class wanted to be the first.. everyone were looking at me because they knew I'm the bravest in many events, I smiled and went on to the doctor, got th shot then fainted π right after the doctor took his needle.
πππ The brave was infact not braveππ. Hope your classmates didn't tease you after that? I can imagine how the next few weeks at school was after that experience... π
many of them still remember that event, LOL.. but nobody tried to tease me after, unfortunately, hihihi.. I'm a tactical bullyer, they'd better not start anything with me, but sometimes..the teachers who teased me before they said they proud of me for being brave...hahahaha. what about you Audrey? anybody teased you after the tragedy?
