Our lovely Welcome Wagon graduate, @twodorks, has challenged me to POST a 10 Random Things post, and I always do as I am told... so, here's having a look at me:

Father of two wonderful daughters, both in college. Oldest is doing Natural Sciences, most likely Ecology, or Environmental Sciences. My youngest is doing Integrated Marketing Communications. Love them both!
My passion is science and in particular, Space Sciences, Astronomy, and exploration.
As if it wasn't obvious, I care deeply and feel strongly that mentoring, and passing along to the next generation is our reason to be. For this, I spend my time and energy locally on mentoring. I work with two local FIRST Robotics teams, for high school students. As well as the organizations that sponsor the competitions for the Robotics teams. First Robotics
I have a passion for wildlife and bird photography! LOVE it. I can get lost in it... spending hours shooting birds in local lakes and rivers.
My happy place is Cape Cod. I love the beach, love the ocean, and all of my local whales, birds, dolphins, and fish!
I can spend time shooting sunsets, and nature around me...I am both happy and uncomfortable at large parties. I love being the host. I can cook, and get a party ready for 50 comfortably, at my house. I do often enough. I also am fairly comfortable NOT talking to people. I'll make the party fun, provide food and appetizers, and serve drinks for all! But be quiet in the background, silently sipping on the perfect Bombay Sapphire Gin and Tonic. Perfect, I say, or I will incur the wrath of @damianjayclay!
I am passionate, loudly laughing, and a shy introvert at the same time.
I write, paint, and of course spend time behind my camera lenses.
Music means the world to me. My first few years of work were in concerts. AND to this day, occasionally work with some no name and some fairly well known performers. Love music. As some have noticed, most of my posts have lyrics in them. I see images with a tie to music.
Family First.

This is the reason why I look up to you! You have my high respect blue.. the moment i heard you talking in my first day of training, I knew right away what kind of person you are! I was right! You are really an amazing person!! A man with few words, but you give the most impact! Just to clear out things, the secret ravi’s friend i chose, was you!!! I made the poem for you!!! You are so passionate! Even we don’t get to joke around that much hehe i know you read all our comments!! And you look after to all of us!! You and dreemie!!!
Oh that would be great, if only we all live near to each other, and you could host a party for the welcome wagon!!! It’ll be a blast!!!

Ohhhhhhh i love love love for you to host the WW Family!! We wont reach 50 yet i think.. we can help with the food preparation! How i wish it could came true.. an ultimate dreem for all of us! I am ever sooooo glad we are a family at @welcomewagon.. you guys keep giving us more reasons to stay! We are so overwhelmed with all the love and support you always have.. thanks sir greg!

I keep wondering how one person such as you who works with a crowd and yet very very shy.. you and @audrey are both introverts..
@twodorks is right you are great with your words! You dont talk mucb but your presence is always felt.
As for me, I will always be a fan of all your shooting works! I just love how you create beautiful captures of both people animals and still pictures. I am always fascinated with your ocean shots!! I love it.. my heart is in peace with ocean.

hmm, I did learn something here.
And I did meet your challenge.
What a fascinating selection of facts, I think photographing animals in the wild has to be an amazing experience. I wish I could spend more time in the countryside enjoying nature.
A party for 50! I struggle doing anything for four of us, you must have serious catering skills.
Family first we think alike there, awesome post I am even more impressed now -and I was very impressed before.
