I'm sure those in TenX know they lost their wallet provider, as a result all their cards have been shut down. I became very skeptical and sold all my position I hope I didn't make a huge mistake. TenX are in he process of issuing new cards,
however, this will take some time to achieve, not to mention all the folks waiting for the card.
Time will tell but I must admit TenX did not fall as I thought it would and hope I won't regret this position. Good luck to all out there and have a happy and prosperous new year.
