But we provide account creating service , where users can create account for 2 steem and get 15 sp delegation for a month. If that user using that sp to hurt someone/spam then we will withdraw that. Good to know. I was going to ask that, if you can possibly remove delegations because this account is just out to ruin people's reputation. It is obviously targeting me and have me on perma downvote. See screenshots below. Also, the account has perms allowed for 2 posting app and 1 downvote tool which gives me an idea it is up to no good but to downvote people.
Also, any other information about this account will be highly appreciated, I will be more than happy to give this person the fun that he or she wants.
