Well, maybe downvoting when the price is already at 0.00 doesn't do anything to help, but I couldn't pass up the chance to hit the flag for the first time ever, @timcliff. It brings up the question of whether the downvoting accumulates behind the scenes, and goes into the negative in waiting to offset future upvotes. Does it work like that?
will not affect the payouts of other posts? or effectively "burns" that potential sp\sbd? increasing, or at least not diminishing the rewards pool.... juuuust to be clear about it.
I saw it at 10.36 and got it down to 9.01 with a 100% flag.
