This account is only signed in ecency mobile. Unfortunately when I made this post, I was in a hurry to test a discord bot we built for Pakistani users but declining reward options was harder to spot or not available in ecency app.
I did same test in account @dlmmqb which was logged in to peakd, and I did decline rewards.
