The Chatuchak Weekend Market - Thailand

It is also called JJ market. It is the largest market in Thailand located in Kamphaeng Phet 2 road. It is close to BTS Mo Chit station which is a sky train. It is like a subway but it goes on the surface not underground.

This is a market that You can find literally everything with reasonable prices. It is really big area divided into 27 sections.

It has more than 15.000 stalls in it. Yeah, it is huge. It is crowded. It is fun to visit. Food section, plants, antiques, furniture, clothes, decoration, animals... Everything. You can see lots of interesting stuff as well.

The best thing you can do is find an information office and ask a map. It will help but not much.Don’t let hopes up. The market is endless till your feet say stop it is enough.Ohh and if you see something you like to buy it, you won’t find it again. I would suggest you go to the afternoon. Then you can rest in the Chatuchak Park and visit another market called JJ Green Market. It is smaller than Chatuchak market but more crowded. You can’t breathe, you can’t move. On the other hand, you can find yummy food and experience Thai rock.

Burası en ünlü marketlerden biri hatta ve hatta Tayland’da ki en büyük market. Adı Chatuchak market ya da JJ market. Kamphaeng Phet 2 yolunda bulunan bu marketin 27 faklı bölümü var. Ayrıca yer Mo Chit BTS durağının hemen yanı. BTS bizdeki metro ama yeraltından gitmeyeninden.

Gerçekten her şeyi bulabileceginiz 15.000 fazla dükkanın olduğu kocaman bir arazi. Hatta normal yerlere göre fiyatlar daha hesaplı. Tabi turistlik popüler bi alan da aynı zamanda. Biraz karışık ve kaybolmasi cok kolay ama oldukça ilginç şeyleri bir arada görebileceğiniz bir yer. Yemekler, antikalar, mobilyalar, kıyafetler, hayvanlar...

Ben öğleden sonra gitmenizi öneririm olurda yolunuz düşerse. Market sonsuz, bitmiyor gez gez, ayaklar tamam diyene kadar. Bizim yaptığımız şuydu. Uyarayım inanılmaz kalabalık.Nefes alamıyorsunuz o kadar kalabalık. Ama JJ Green Markete çok fazla yanancı yok genelde yerli halk var o yüzden yabancı müzik dinlemek için pek uygun olmayabilir. Ama Tayland rock müziğinin tadına bakabilirsiniz.
