ส่วนประกอบในการปรุง เตรียมไข่ปลาสลิด 1 ถ้วย ตะไคร้ 1 ต้น ข่าผ่าหยาบ 1 แง่ง รากผักชี 1 ราก หอมแดง2 หัว ใบมะกรูด 3 ใบ ผักชีฝรั่งหยาบ 3 ใบ น้ำปลา 1/2ซอนโต๊ะ พริกขี้หนูสับหยาบ 15 เม็ด น้ำซุป 2 ถ้วย น้ำมะนาว2.5 ช้อนโต๊ะ เกลือป่น 1 ช้อนชา ตั้งน้ำซุปใส่หม้อดินั้งไฟเดือดแล้วใส่ข่า ตะไคร้ ใบมะกรูดรากผักชี และหอมแดงลงไป น้ำเดือดแล้วเติมเกลือลงไป รอให้เดือดอีกทีใส่ไข่ปลาสลิดลงไป จากนั้นใส่พริกขี้หนูผักชีฝรั่งและน้ำปลาลงไป ปิดไฟยกลงแล้วตามด้วยน้ำมะนาวทีหลัง อาหารพื้นบ้านที่สุดยอดอีก เมนูหลัก ค่ะ วันนี้แวะเอาสูตรต้มยำไข่ปลาสลิดมาฝาก
