"Mia noi" refers to what Thais call their side chicks or mistresses. It translates to "minor wife" and is quite common in Thai culture. They are women whose men already have wives/family but still need to double dip the hot sauce. They usually pay for their apartment and living expenses in exchange for discretion. This mia noi was all too happy to have her picture taken at sunset.
