My guess is to be decentralised to record for playback all witnesses would need to increase data storage big time. Stream on the chain store on youtube or ?? @dtube erases videos to manage hd space.

The videos don't necessarily have to be housed on the chain, just the post links and a link to a vimm replay/video. Their trouble right now is raising enough money to pay for hosting to do just that.
