Any regular is grandfathered in but vote less then minimum must be 100% vote. The prize comes from the rewards and it’s only fair to the big accounts voting we filter out spam guesses. I dunno what's so hard about understanding the prize comes from post rewards. If players don't upvote then there is no prize. Everybody else in ur HP position contributes. Or sure why it being like this. But I don't have time for it. Either participate or don't. Thanks
