RE: THE GAME: "INSANE BOLT"... Let's build the best A.I. on the Planet...

in #thegame8 years ago

@paulpuk2000 I think you are absolutely right that the speed may come too FAST. I feel that it is inevitable that evolution will continue to push humans towards A.I. and the universe seems to favor fast over slow. Many technologies are exponential, which if these trends continue, mean that this future will approach us faster than we might expect. I don't think there is any use in trying to slow anything down (after all we are the human 'race', lol), but I do think that it means that we will have less and less time to prepare ourselves for our exponential future. I think that we have to embrace our future, not with fear, but with courage. I do believe that the evolution we will experience will be highly technological and extremely spiritual in nature. I totally feel your concern about unemployment and this is something is perhaps not being addressed or will not be addressed fast enough... unless WE and others act fast... otherwise the cards will fall as they may.

I am open to working with anyone who wishes to help humanity during this transition. Part of the reason I filmed this video about INSANE BOLT - the best and fastest A.I. on the planet - is because I feel a very deep and real sense that there could be massive disruption to many people as we transition into abundance.

It's going to take combined leadership around the world. Places like Singularity University and others are well on their way, but will we be able to make this transition smooth or will it be a rocky transition. Federico Pistono, a fellow Steem adopter, has written a book about our robot future and I'm encouraged by projects such as his, Konoz.

Yes. There are just too many powerful forces at play for A.I NOT to advance very quickly. When you use the term 'abundance', are you referring here to the amount of leisure time that some say we will have? It's logical that not only will we have little or no jobs (other than online jobs?) to keep us occupied, and there is no way any government will be able to hide this from us. There will have to be an open recognition from governments that leisure time will become a major component of our lives. Of course, it's perfectly possible that the third world countries will have jobs, for a lag period (10/20 years?) but I'm sure the western world will need to move, somehow, to this leisure time very quickly.

Perhaps this will be a time for great civic advancement, where we donate time to help our fellow man? We will bringing up our children into a, dare I say, post-nuclear family, where neither parent will be working and 'peter pan' children may find it difficult to grow up, without the responsibilities of our present day society.......Just thinking out loud here. Who knows? It's certainly a fascinating topic envisioning our future.
What is it that Singularity University does? I'd be interested to know.

Having watched the video again, I've realised that one of the pre-requisites is food for the world....And shelter (but that doesn't roll off the tongue quite as well). Because we need jobs to pay for our houses and our food, I believe that these will need to be taken out of the equation first. To put it another way, we need to eliminate poverty first. If we don't, then the haves will battle the have-nots. So yeah, it's becoming clearer somehow..........We need some key things to be in place before Insane Bolt can be introduced into the mainstream of society. We will almost certainly need some other things to be 'in place' before Insane is introduced to us, but I haven't thought about those yet. But eliminating world poverty and hunger is key. Actually, on reflection, I don't think this has to happen at exactly the same time. Maybe Insane can help us gt to that point actually. But there has to be recognition that Insane Bolt will only work if these are eliminated before, or in a very short time frame after, his/her/its introduction.

@paulpuk2000
Great stuff! I enjoyed hearing what you had to say.
You seem very interested in this stuff as well. Check out some of my other posts (abundance, fast growing company) and let me know what you think.
As for what does abundance mean?
Well, I think this is going to mean something different for everyone. I encourage you to share what your definition of abundance means with everyone! The more we speak abundance into our lives and daily consciousness, the more we can create this reality. So, let's keep the discussion of abundance going!

For me, abundance means a lot of things. From global prosperity, smiling and happiness, to the abundance around us each and everyday.

Basically, I believe that we can achieve anything. So, we each just need to decide what we really want in life and then surround ourselves with the right people and together as a team we can help one another.

Singularity University... Check them out, let me know what you think. Check out @Federicopistono, he's a graduate of SU.
