Do you think that in future your "old" sort of role of coding, will end up a bit more like a "conductor" like you are orchestrating the program from a higher, more abstract creative and "global" sort of role?

People that succeed will need to know little bits about the WHOLE project, more creative, more abstract thinking, more problem solving?

Rather than just "knowing how to code to make a a program do "xyz".

I just see a role in future for creative minds as "smarts and being bright" perhaps are no longer the best skills to have?

yeah i can see it that way too.. certainly changing times.
