Such good thoughts. This is always my goal as well, but it's so easy to slip into the habit of worry or fear or focusing on what's not going well. Maybe it comes from the desire to solve problems. The good things don't need work, right? So we focus on the bad things. I am vowing to be more mindful, more focused on pleasant thoughts and happiness, and definitely less on the things that can't be solved. We just have this one life. Why not live it joyfully?
