RE: #ThoughtfulDailyPost - The Offensive, Wise and Foolish

in #thoughtfuldailypost5 months ago

If I drop conversation that I believe is a truth or worth consideration, it is probably because I care about the person enough to share my perspective in case it can help or I am playing devil's advocate in order to become involved in the solution to an issue.

Oh, this came back on me so many times and it wasn't appreciated at all... BUT... It was appreciated a few times, which is a low percentage that means something! Don't want to be a pessimist here (an optimist with experience 😃), but it is always those 5-10% of people who... succeed in life... understand others... care... think... should be our focus... As I needed a lot of time to learn that lesson, recently been trying to focus on those 5% of people only, as they can help me, and I can help them!

Speaking of offensive and foolish, I have 2 things to share... Maybe I already did the first one, but it's a good share...

And regarding foolish... I got a meme from a friend 2-3 days ago that says something like this:

When you argue with a fool for more than 30 seconds, two fools are arguing...

Thanks for the songs! Great choice!!

How sober and articulate is Rowan Atkinson? Listened to the whole thing.

Like in marketing, if you are pulling the prospects from a huge pool, even a low percentage of sales can be all you need if it is enough to sustain business growth. Same goes by offending a larger number on the way to finding the constructive and positive connections.
