Haha! I'm sure there are mistakes I missed somewhere, because I went through this post with a fine-toothed comb twice, and I always miss stuff. :) True on offing me and the Veep. That was the original plan when our best President, Lincoln, was offed himself. Their plan was to eliminate all of the top people in the government. Thank goodness they didn't succeed.
I thought I read somewhere they're having a future HiveFest in your region? Hope that's true, as there's so much untapped potential in West Africa just waiting to be unlocked.
Mmm don’t think I heard yet. That’ll be an amazing development though. Although I’m not exactly Hiver of the year right now.
@evernoticethat apparently the next Hive Fest will take place in 'Mejico', September of this year
I feel it's gonna be the fifth Fest ( or is it the 6th? I lost count ) that I won't attend ;<)
Yeah that’s what I remember seeing too. Unless there’s something else in motion we don’t know about yet.
If going all the way to Mexico for the Hivefest was an option for me, I’d probably be there. But it’s not, so I’m going to wait my turn for when we have one somewhere in Africa that I can afford to travel to:)
I get that. I am sure it will happen, sooner rather than later.
In all honesty, I would prefer a more small scale meetup ( with a bunch of Hive friends )
and not mainly with the whales and people trying to sell themselves,
talk politics and all of that tiring stuff ;<)
Mexico? Really? Wow, I hope they found a safe area with all that's been going on down there with Americans going missing "and such" hope it turns out OK.
I guess it's pretty much the place where the so called "anarchocapitalists and hippies" gather ;<)
In all honesty, Hive Fest doesn't excite me too much ( the idea appealed to me, years ago ), now I mainly prefer to hang out with my own gang of a select few out here. I'm sure you get what I mean.
Indeed it would be. Last time I checked out your posts, you seem to be very engaged with your writing, and you've passed me as a 70, which is great! Good to see you growing.
