Maybe we live in societies designed to prevent us from thinking too much, but there is some laziness too in people. I believe many people think a lot about their personal lives and struggles but aren't willing to share those things here.

I think so too but, I don't think they are working out ways to overcome them rather they are victimized by them.
If one looks at manny of the aspects of society it does seem to me and from what various alternative media are pointing out that, yes indeed, we live in a society designed to prevent us from thinking too much.
