Institutions won't be investing in low cap alts, which does make me doubt the alt potential. Once people make their big gains in btc the retail money will probably flow back to promising alts though. I can see things like NEO getting back close to their ATH again, which considering current prices would be a huge gain.
It May definitely come but it seems unlikely at this current moment, the reason I think is that the altcoin are falling with Bitcoin and it's it's not rising so yeah the altcoin period may come but it won't come at this very moment May take a little time though. Brilliant video as always buddy, Thanks for your analysis.
