Gluten Free Cake with Buttercream Frosting-Thrive Life

Please forgive the quality of the video, it was one of my first.
In our house, some of us need to eat gluten free foods. When get togethers and other family gatherings happen, we are usually the ones that are left out of having the yummy treats that everyone makes.

For G's birthday, she asked for a Minnie Mouse cake. Because there was going to be more than just our immediate family attending, I decided I would make gluten free cakes. Thrive Life has a great Gluten Free Flour blend that we love, and it tastes really good too!

The recipe is:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease cake pan/s
This makes 1 rectangle 9x13" cake

Thanks for checking this out! I'm not perfect, but I love baking and cooking. Thrive Life makes it even easier for me to do what I love, because I don't have to prep as much as I would otherwise have to, especially on busy days where I only have a little bit of time to make a meal, but don't want to make it from a chemical-laden box.
Thrive Life products are food! Plain and simple, food! Freeze Dried Strawberries are just strawberries! No Sugar or Citric Acid added! Piece of mind for me knowing that its that simple! Not to mention, these foods are great to have on hand for camping, hiking, and especially long term food storage! Some of these foods are good for up to 30 years unopened! No chemicals added!
