My TikTok Journey Update

Monetization Efforts and Onboarding Failure

As a creator on TikTok, I've been actively working on monetizing my content and always planned to onboard new users to Hive. In this update, I'll share my progress and insights on both fronts.

Monetization Efforts

In less than a month of going live on TikTok and posting product videos, I've seen a significant increase in earnings. Here are the key highlights:

  • Product Sales: Over $28 in sales.

  • Live Rewards: $51 in rewards earned from hosting live sessions.

  • Analytics: Average 100 new followers per day, and in the past month 135k views, and 47k thanks, thanks to utilizing "Exposure Plus" items.

These numbers indicate that my content is resonating with the audience, and I'm seeing a steady increase in engagement and revenue. Let's take a closer look.

Onboarding Failure

Despite my best efforts, I've struggled to onboard new users to Hive. Here's what's been hindering my progress:

  • Hive Support: I'm facing a lack of support from Hive, which has made it challenging to share and engage with my content on TikTok.
  • Referral Link: I've placed my Inleo referral link on my profile, but I've only managed to get one referral so far.

Given these challenges, I've decided to focus on my TikTok community and ignore the onboarding aspect for now. I will leave the inleo link there yet after bringing it up in a live session 0 signed up & it seems I need to grow quite a bit more in following and earning before I carry any real influence.

September Update to TikTok Community Guidelines

The TikTok community guidelines have undergone significant changes in September. Here are the key points to consider:

  • New Rules: TikTok has introduced new rules to ensure a safer and more positive environment for creators and users.
  • Consequences: Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.
  • Impact on Creators: The changes may affect creators who rely on certain monetization strategies or content types, especially ai having updates throughout these new guidelines.

As a creator, it's essential to stay up-to-date with these changes and adjust your content strategy accordingly.

Next Steps

Next, I plan to focus on creating a Hive commercial to showcase my products and engage with my TikTok community. However, without Hive support, it's unclear whether this will be effective. The goal is to bring Hive onboarding by helping Hivians get earning on TikTok & helping with onboarding efforts.

The future of my TikTok monetization efforts are set in stone even I am just beginning and Hive onboarding strategy remains uncertain, but I'm committed to adapting to the changing landscape and finding ways to succeed on this platform. Will anyone from Hive join me? I don't know for certain.

Thanks, it is very easy, should i put a guide how to monetize in 3 days?

Maybe, some people are still clueless.

Being a former MFA blogger and Amazon affiliator, I could say making money online is a bit absurd. some people can "click" right away after a few hours or reading. Some end up by buying a lot of pdf, learn for days, and left without making any penny after those long hours and days of study.

A free guide or sell it is what you are saying? 😁
