I noticed my feed was full of spam, so I unfollowed the person and let them know why. It didn't take long for me to realize this user was a troll, for they threw a hissy fit which escalated into... and I quote:
I'm making a youtube video so the entire WORLD can laugh at you!
So I got a chuckle and flagged them because they said it about twenty times, copy/paste style. Oh well...
