The Rainbow Chimpanzee by @yoganarchista
A few days ago I saw this post of a psychedelic Rainbow Chimpanzee on steemit. He is a part of a series of psychedelic animal drawings by @yoganarchista and I instantly fell in love with this piece. So I asked her if she eventually would sell this piece to me.You can imagine my excitement, when she agreed to accept my offer. And now I'm the proud owner of this fantastic artwork.
Look how amazing this artwork looks from behind. So much details to discover. I would't be able to see this, if I didn't have bought it.
As a side-effect I had a real nice email-conversation with @yoganarchista and I'm really thankful for the opportunity to get to know her better.
Yesterday I framed the Rainbow Chimpanzee and hung it on the wall behind my working place. Doesn't he look amazing?

Being an artist for myself I can tell you how satisfying it is to find people that appreciate my art. It's actually a purpose of my art to move into the world, make new connections and find a new home. Selling art really motivates me to continue creating it.Buying art with Steem also adds more value to the currency and the artist will most likely invest it again. Either in Steempower or by creating more valuable content for the community.
