Going Through A Difficult Time?

in #time4 years ago

"Therefore, we all, looking openly as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord, are transformed from glory to glory in the same image, as by the Spirit of the Lord." - 2 Corinthians 3:18

"Therefore, having this ministry according to the mercy that we have received, we do not lose heart." - 2 Corinthians 4: 1

God loves you so much that He doesn't want you to be less than your best.

When the Lord loves someone, He puts them through a process to make them the best version of himself.

We are on the verge of seeing the greater glory of God. But that is why you are facing these situations because God wants to see if you are worthy. If you can handle what's to come.

When you go through a situation, do you murmur? You complain? You give up? Or do you persevere? Do you present your situation to God? Do you put all your trust in Him?

The self is the root of all problems. When we go through a process it is for us to be more like Christ and trust Him. It is so that we focus more on Him and less on ourselves.

“Count it joy, my brothers, when you find yourself in various trials, knowing that the trial of your faith produces patience. But his complete work may be patient, so that you may be perfect and complete, without missing anything. And if any of you lacks wisdom, ask God, who gives generously to all and without reproach, and it will be given to him. - James 1: 2-5

These afflictions work for us.

Our goal in life shouldn't be for everything to go well. We will face difficulties. But we should rejoice and give thanks in all circumstances because we know that things work out for us. The process shapes our character to be more like Christ.

When times are hard it is better to learn to live victorious.

“Therefore, for Christ's sake, I rejoice in weaknesses, in insults, in necessities, in persecutions, in anguish; because when I am weak, then I am strong ”. - 2 Corinthians 12:10

Paul's greatest passion was to be like Jesus. He knew that all things worked for him, working to make him more like Jesus.

No matter the difficulties you go through, you just have to know that nothing changes the will of God. Difficulties help us to be more like Jesus. Difficulties are only for a short time.
