Those who blame Africans for lateness are being unfair. Why should a man obey the clock he bought with his hard earned sweat.
I know it was said in jest, but it says a lot about most of Africans and how we are perceived. Timing is everything. Most people don't value it and that is why you are it reflect in their lack of management of it and even with the way they always show up late.
