New Weight Loss Plan

Today I woke up not feeling great.

Guess what? That almost always means that I do not eat as much. Like my old boss used to say - " don;t come to work sick unless its the stomach flu, we could all use to lose some weight sick"

Even though I am not feeling great I was still able to get out and get my 10k steps.

I have to make sure that I stick to my goals throughout this process and hopefully I see some awesome results.

I need to crash now. Time for bed.
