Rendang Daging Sapi

Ingredients:

1 kg beef, diced 5 cm
10 sheets of Kaffir lime leaves
1 sheet of turmeric leaf, conclude
3 stalks Lemongrass, memarkan
2 whole star anise fruit
5 cm cinnamon
4 grains of cardamom
2 acid acid/gelugor kandis
1 packet beef broth powder
2.5 liters of coconut milk
6 tbsp grated coconut, roasted until the oil comes out
5 tbsp vegetable oil
How to make:

In a skillet, Saute seasoning smooth, lime leaves and Lemongrass, with oil until aromatic.
Add the coconut milk, beef, and beef broth powder. Stir continuously until the meat is cooked. Reduce heat.
Add remaining ingredients, Cook until the gravy dries up and the beef is tender.
Rendang beef is ready to be served.
