In this modern era, all things have implemented a practical and automated system. Almost all work activities involve robots and computerization, then a human person will not be easy to get a job. Many job seekers who sometimes fate have not been lucky in getting the job he really craves. So here I will share some ways and tips to apply for a good job & job interview, as follows:
1. The first step to do in applying for a job is to look for sources of job information such as print media (newspaper compass), internet, career center, network, and agency (outsourching).
2. Second step, choose job vacancy. Yes choose a job vacancy that suits your abilities. There is also to be considered in choosing a job vacancy, such as:
a. Search for an infirmation of the position to be selected.
b. Search for information about employer companies
c. Should not force yourself for a position.
d. The suitability between the state of affairs and the terms of position.
3. Third step, create a cover letter. Please note in making a cover letter, such as:
a. Neutral color paper
b. Standard font type and size
c. A4 paper size
d. Cover letter and resume list are neatly taped, concise and clear (specify the intended position, date & signature, address & residence, telephone no contact and easy-to-understand language).
4. The fourth step, sending the application document. There are 3 ways to send the document, such as:
a. By post (recipient address and sender must be clear).
b. Through email (routinely read emails and consider large files).
c. Come directly to the company (walk in interview).
Well after we already know some way of applying job technique, then I will give way attitude or behavior of good job interview. Perhaps many of you have experienced interviews in various companies. But there are some that must be considered when we will conduct an interview (interview), such as:
1. Appearance
Speaking of appearance is important because your appearance is the first thing an interviewer sees. Wear clothing neat (formal & comfortable), using closed shoes, come with a fresh body scent, no bad breath and tidy nails.
a. Appearance for men
1. Use a long-sleeved shirt with soft colors and dark pants.
2. Match the tie with the shirt to wear.
3. Using pantofel boots with black socks (dark).
b. Appearance for women
1. Use a soft color shirt and wear a blezer with black (dark).
2. Avoid using striking colors.
3. Wear make up but do not overdo it (powder, lipstick, blason, eyeliner).
4. Tidy hairstyle.
5. Use boots with 5cm high boots.
2. Body language
Upon entering the room walking with a sturdy body, the elegant style and both hands waggle freely. Hand her hand (smiling) first at the offer. Greet interviewer with Mr / Mrs and do not sit down before being invited.
3. Standing attitude and sitting attitude.
A. Standing attitude
1. Strapping body & no slouch.
2. Standby attitude of both hands beside and foresight (eye contact).
3. No additional hand gestures (scratching).
B. Sitting attitude
