Come to think of it, following a few people such as @abh12345 and @steevc wanting to see more votes going to minnows, there must be a way of gamifying curation so it rewards minnows a bit more, it can't be that difficult to modify the code @cardboard uses for @tipu so that only curators voting on minnow accounts get rewarded.....?
Worth a thought, a new @tipu style system for minnow accounts......probably with lower rewards. I'm sure there's plenty people who would sign up to curate for it!
