Topic: Delay votes or prevent voting when topic is not 15min old
I assuming, that a vote is casted when I press the button (did not test it yet).
Voting when a topic or comment is not 15 minutes old should be delayed. At least it should be shown that the post is not ready to be voted.

Good idea! We will add some improvements to voting soon. Also a feature for voting after 7 days :)
