Website has multiple editing tools, where you can upload an image and download edited one.
It is completely free and the only requirement is an occasional verification that you are not a bot with the captcha too, but that is about it. I usually use it to crop my images into a circle with transparent background, but it offers other things too. Bookmark it for further use.
