Hi this is the @hyperfundit team, thank you for your services. We tranferred 50 SBD to promote this post on May 31st at around 11PM PST, but only received a $2.72 upvote with a promotion cost of -95.71% ROI.
I recall receiving a maintenance message when we sent the 50 SBD the first time and it was fully refunded. Then we waited and sent the 50 SBD again and it was accepted per normal operations. Since it's a day from post payout, I'm doing accounting for the post and finding out now that it resulted in a $2.72 upvote. I was caught off guard since worst case scenario should be a -6.5% ROI. Would we be eligible for a full refund if promobot unvotes that post?
Granted if this was a glitch, we would be happy to continue using promobot services! :)

Is the fact that @promobot is not giving 100% in upvote normal? It seems like something isn't functioning properly. I would have contacted you privately if there was a contact.

Promobot does not provides return on investment.
It has the benefit of limiting abuse with the drawback of having less usage. (the bot often idle unused at night.)
I didn't even realize it was your post I was commenting on. I was looking for a post but I could only see resteem, so I picked the last comment not realizing it was a post by @promobot. I will contact you.
