Every time I read about this topic, from you, I get agitated at why people do what they do and why governments do what they do. I bet you that crime will be on the rise when there are no tourist dollars coming in. You are probably right to move on at this point because it’s only downhill from here. It doesn’t take long for crime to pick up when the money dries up. They shot themselves in the foot!
