Mail Day Whats in the Box and TOYCARDSPEC Update

Greetings!

Just wanted to share a few things that came in the mail the last couple of weeks. Nothing spectacular but some nice additions to my ever growing collection.

  1. 1978 Topps Tim Corcoran #515 PSA 5
  2. 2019 Panini Prime Racing William Byron #RUT-RB
  3. 2013 Bowman Platinum Baseball Tyler Collins #AJR-TC
  4. 2020 Goodwin Champions Joe Moravsky 3D #105
  5. 2020 Goodwin Champions Vince Russo 3D #131

Let's start with the PSA card cause its most likely is the card everyone will say "Why you buy that?". The answer is very simple, it was only 99 cents. The cost of grading a card is going to be $10+ with shipping and insurance (assuming your grading multiple cards). While it's only a PSA 5 and isn't what I would consider as an investment card it's still a good card for a personal collection at a very good price.

I picked up the William Byron cause it was #'d 23/50 and features 3 tire patches. Being a Hendrick's driver is also a plus and you never know the guy could become the next Dale Earnhardt.

The Tyler Collins was just cheap and since its a 2 color patch plus auto it was worth the risk. I do like to pick up older cards like this because there are still set collectors out there and you never know when one of them will need a Tyler Collins.

The last 2 cards are the 2020 Goodwin Champions 3D cards. These are my first Goodwin cards in my collection. Have watched a few box opening of the 2020 set and was impressed with the variety of cards. Just might have to buy a box or 2 (maybe a case) myself and see what I get.

Got these cards in the mail a few weeks ago. Nothing really special, centering is an issue with these but they still will look good in my collection.
