Tesla, Güney Avustralya’da dünyanın en büyük pilini inşa etme projesinin yarısının bittigini duyurdu. Tesis şayet 100 gün içinde tamamlanamazsa Tesla, ücret almayacak. Tesla daha önce Kaliforniya’da 80 megawattlık enerji depolama tesisinı 90 günde tamamlamıştı.
150 milyon dolarlık değerindeki devasa pil çok sık görülen elektrik kesintilerine karşı yapılıyor. Dev pil rüzgar santralleriyle doldurulacak.
