This is the actual basic principle of every trading market "Don't trade with money you are not prepare to lose. The thin line between trading and gambling is that one depends on research and the other depends on luck so be a trader!!"
Every reader and trader please adopt this strategy, and never think you are over smart and out perform the odds.

resteeming your blog now..nice article

Some of my peers and relatives believe you can only achieve wealth through hard work, they don't believe me when I told them to work to invest, not just work and save your money on a bank account.
Work smart, not hard :)

I wouldn't say gambling is trading, more so the other way around.

Wish I had money to invest I only made 47 cents last week and I'm a hobo living on the street with a pre pay phone gonna run out of credit soon and it's raining.

where are you? can u get a job? there are jobs here where im at.

I enjoyed reading this post i feel as if i learned something. Thank you.

Great post with good usefull info.
I do have paper wallet and think that is my way :0)

Great article. My take is that Trading is SURELY gambling if you don't know what you are doing and are not trading using a proven, statistical edge - a method of trading that you have proven to yourself works over time. Having a winning edge of 40% is good enough to make money trading. Sound weird? It isn't if you take sound money management into the whole equation. That basically amounts to loosing less than what you win. The Holy Grail of trading is truly the Money Management aspects!

Hope this helps someone! Cheers

great post...upvoted

I Lost my $2000 in etoro when i started my forex trading and was new in this market !!!!

yeah sorry currently i am losing money in ether but i won't sell for a while , however in general my profile have 20% profit so it have ups and downs

Trading is not gambling if you have a solid plan, an actual "edge", and are disciplined enough to adhere to your trade idea.

Price is not a random walk, as much as Wall Street analysts would like to say it is. I could go into specifics, but I'm not really up to it at the moment to craft a really long post.

(Edited to add that this was in the sponsored section -- I mistook it for something else and ranted about it being ad-like.)

yes it is in the promoted section after all

Oh? I look at the upper-left and see "trade" as the topic.

So its the "promoted trade" section? I'm confused by your answer. There is no "promoted" indication that I can see.

I have no idea what are you trying to say
what other indication you want
Trade is the topic but this posted in the promoted section that's neat the trending section

My mistake then -- I thought I was in another section entirely.

I'll edit my original post then.

Very good advise, I use to trade now more hold then trade, nice post.

well i would not prefer anyone to gamble, its only 1% who won from gamble , meanwhile while flipin if ur lucky enough and smart enough u can make some money

very true

What i like best in the write up is the call to trade and not gamble.
trading can be very profitable no doubt but one caould easily get his fingers burnt. Education and training is very important.
Nice one fella

thank you, Yes gambling is a game trading is work

nice to know ETORIO. will try

I wish there would be wallets like Ledger Nano S for all the altcoins. I don't know no one is trying to create one wholewheartedly.

I'd rather invest into ICOs at this moment, since market is going bear for a while more. Hodling is not the good option now while prices are shrinking.

Will hodl again once the market goes back to it's normal days after this month.

Thanks for the post!

gambling is more charming though

yes it's more fun , it's just not good for the health

Excellent article and advice, especially the tip you gave people about never trading with more then 20% at a time... I actuallly disagree with it slightly as I believe it should be no more then 10% at a time, but it is good advice nevertheless

yes 10% sounds good

Great idea, upvote from me

If you're interested in HODLing, take a look whats going on with ChainCoin (CHC). Theres a big community driven effort behind it's current momentum. It's is rising like crazy. It's a big gamble for sure, but perhaps worth throwing a couple bucks at. The aim is to go to 100$ per coin. Currently it is at 0.60$ per coin, and it's up several hundred percent already. Take a look at my steemit post for more details and links: https://steemit.com/chaincoin/@pandorasbox/chaincoin-hodl-for-riches-community-drives-coin-price-up-is-this-the-new-doge-style-community-coin

I traded in many platforms but always loose all my investment. Making research on trading tips online was some how better, after all this I realized that no platforms want you to be making good bucks from them. The system is sometimes rigged and many other up and down fluctuation. Some of these platforms are operated by by net gurus who are after the pockets of the public. In the like of expertoption.com, iqoption.com, alphari and many others. Gambling is not a good source of gaining few bucks.

actually this platform benefit from the small commission, but if you win more and invest more better for them, when you lose they are not winning as they are only mediator
