Bullish signals on BTC:
- The Dollar DXY cann't pass above 110.
- The S&P 500 is back above 3900 with a bullish divergence on RSI & MACD.
- BTC Yesterday closed above the key zone between 19K to 19.3K with a long wick candle that shows the return of buyers.
Bearish signals on BTC:
- The map of liquidations with large peaks in the south.
- The rise in interest rates between 0.75% and 1% due to inflation which is not falling enough.
- The weekly downtrend remains the strongest.
I wouldn't be surprised if the fed tells us:
- Scenario 1: "Don't worry, we are on the good way to lower inflation, we will just increase rates by 0.75% (what the market has priced)"
- Scenario 2: "the time is serious we are close to a recession and inflation isn't easy to manage so we will continue to increase rates by 1% and if necessary the next time we will do the same "
The market after the announcement of inflation on Sep 13 only fell to price the future rise in interest rates, it's been 4 days of accumulation with manipulation before the next distribution at the south or north everything will depend on the scenario of the fed on Sep 21.
Given the pros and cons everything is possible and I'm 60% towards a continuation of the down trend against 40% that we will return to the top.
