Yesterday sucked!
but it sucked because of the story I was telling myself... in case anybody thought I was mad a Ty...
I wasn't
I was mad at myself, and putting pressure on myself to be profitable and make money, and... and... and...
And I found myself on both sides of the emotional spectrum today, bummed with a small profit trade and then with a full stop out.
Then I missed an entry again, but I put the stop order in at the level Ty called because he entered and the price dropped.
(I would have put a limit buy if the price had jumped)
I never entered... the price floating down, down some more, played with Ty's stop a couple of times within a tick... then Ty stopped out... and I never entered.
So, by not panicking and just placing the order when I could, I missed a full stop -
I did have to fight the urge to get in at a better price but figured I would let price action take me in...
So now I am feeling pretty good, cause I missed a loser.
Frustration hit when "we" miss our target by 1 tick and stopped out at BE+1
Damn!
Ty's patience and confidence paid off - hit a huge NQ trade out of the NY open...
Elation!
So this in what my 90 day challenge is all about - not making money!

It is about learning the skill of trading and learning to focus on the skill, not the money.
The Money will come,
once the skill is learned... and part of that is being aware of my emotions while trading and working on some of the skills that I am learning through Paul Counsel's Money Master Program.
Day 5 out of 90! Back tomorrow to continue work on becoming a consistently profitable trader!
