Petro is not actually a crypto. In fact the tie to the bolivar soberano is as unit of account, because the petro is not in any exchange.
The government which usually lies in publics interventions, had said that the ICO was a success, but had not show the money.
Also, an government official admited to Reuters that the petro has not been negocieted at all.
