Usually this dish is served on the third, seventh, and tenth day after a resident dies.

On the third day, usually there are rah jaroe teungku activities. On the seventh day there will also be village parents and mothers who share their condolences, and on the tenth day there will also be a little feast for the deceased or the deceased.

Some of the menus that are often served by Acehnese in deadly dishes include white rice, cecah kulet, tepeuleumak boh pumpkin sauce, kareng peppers such as empek, boh itek dedah. There is also aceh sauteed prawn, fried banana, hun kwe cake, and bu paeh.

When someone dies, the Acehnese will not burden the bereaved. Village residents who will work hand in hand to bring and provide meals for those who come to mourn.
