So your wedding is in some basement venue because it wasn't in your budget to spend
$7,000-$10,000 to rent something nicer. That's understandable! Not everybody can afford the beautiful venue for the most important day of their life. There is hope! Adding chair covers and ceiling decor, among other things, transforms a room. Here, the ceiling was done in tulle, not the expensive fabric, but does anybody notice? You're pocketbook will!
