HI @andvir, how i found it was more working with deep stored memories that are still having an effect on one's living, but are not consciously remembered. Once they are accessed through the kinesiology session, then you bring it through and can start to walk through understanding the memory and how to support yourself to heal from it. I also practice self forgiveness and changing myself in my living to support with healing. So kinesology is one resource out of many i use to support with my mental health and so my influence and effect on my environment to be the best i can be.
