New day, new park! Today we are attacking Grand Teton Park!
Unfortunately on arriving we find that it is all cloudy. We ask a ranger and it is the fires of the west that we smoke!
We walk all the same, we go around the park by car, we stop at certain points of view like at the end of summit mountain, which allows us to have a great overview of the surrounding mountains. But despite everything, the smoke does not spoil our small stay. We got to see the mountains at the end of the day at Jenny Lake by taking the road Jenny Lake loop which allows for a beautiful view! Get off the big roads that has its advantage!
We decide to advance the road the next day. We go through Jackson who looks very nice and famous for his Western side.
We get a motel in Idaho Falls with pizza in the room (the cravings for pregnant women yum!). And while passing in Idaho (on their plates it is written "famous potatoes") one looked for the potatoes .... If anyone has an explanation ....
Small historical note
On our trip we wondered where this name came from! Well, it is French Canadian travelers who named the mountains "Trois tétons", that is to say the three nipples in French, because of their shapes. This name has remained!
