I really agree with you, it's literally reflecting that essence of gem and while flowing and coming through from those rocks, reflecting the purity and natural essence of water. And yes, these type of rivers really is an great place for the water sport but people should be careful, every water activities should be done through proper life equipments because never mess with nature because nature have it's own way to deal.
