Me and Rain Drop have just about completed our journey through the coast of Texas

We made it to Rockport Texas today after hitchhiking and hiking over 50 miles.

We are still enjoying the much warmer and nearly perfect weather here since we started the coastline in Galveston. It just gets warmer as we go south to. We had a few rainy days but so far I have to say that I liked this hike as one of my favorites.

Great views and I have met lots of great and kind people here.

There are 94 state owned parks here and me and Rain have managed not to stay at a single one... I am proud of that.
We are staying here in Rockport for a few days to get a package from the mail. Then I might explore an island that keep hearing about and on to Corpus Christi.

Then I will be heading north to New Mexico to seek out trails going west.

Rain is absolutely thrilled.....she has loved this hike to.
